I had an excellent first experience with Tri Lu's Salon and Spa. I got appointments for two separate treatments on the same day I called. Tri Lu's was able to accomodate my work schedule and when I arrived I began my relaxing pedicure in the massaging spa chair. The lady who did my pedicure was warm and friendly and took very nice care of me, making me feel pampered. I was impressed with the attention that the owners gave to the clientele in the place. My second treatment was a waxing treatment and the lady's skill and experience made it short, sweet, and not too uncomfortable. The prices are good and I will definitely go back to this salon for the same treatments and will try some of the other services they offer.

i went to tri lus last week for the first time and was very unhappy. i was supposed to have a service at 3:00 but i was still waiting at 3:20! and thats not the worst part. the girl at the counter didnt even say anything to me about the wait. kinder clerks would say something like "sorry for the wait" or "we'll be with you shortly". she just completly ignored me while she joked and laughed about movies with the manicurists. i was so upset i almost just walked right out! even someone that came in 5 minutes after i did was helped before me. and when the lady was finally ready she didn't even apologize or say anything to me! she just pointed to the back of the room for me to follow like i was a child! and during the service i was pretty uncomfortable since it was my first time but the woman didnt even speak to me the whole time which made me even more uncomfortable. the whole time she was talking to her co worker in their language. when it was finally over and i went back out to the clerk (that was rude to me earlier) she had no problem acknowleging me to take my money real quick! i will not go back to tri lu's.

I went in looking to have my nails done for the first time in 2 years, I was going to a wedding. The guy who did my nails was rude. I was not happy with the results. It was also a little expensive.
